Payment: All payments are processed via PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment method.

Proof : We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, complimentary proofs are offered with all products at no additional cost. All proofs are sent electronically. Please review your proof for accuracy and reply promptly as to not delay your order. Paper proofs are available upon request for an additional charge.

Shipping: Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Some products may require shipping via UPS. Overnight shipping might be available depending on the product but will incur additional shipping fees, please contact us for further information. Standard shipping charge for all products is $7.95

Order processing timeline : Once your order is received an electronic proof will be sent within 48 business hours. Once proof confirmation is received, order will continue onto production. Your order will then ship within 3-5 business days.

Rush orders: We do process rush orders. There is a $20.00 rush order fee. Rush orders ship within 48 business hours.

Return Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products refunds or exchanges are not accepted.

Typestyle choices: Our products are carefully designed with you in mind. Customer feedback has prompted us to eliminate choosing the typestyle as an option. Customers found this to be overwhelming. If you are not satisfied with the typestyle we have chosen with the product please add that to the comments section of your order and we will do our best to find a typestyle that suits yours needs.

Customization: All are products are original designs created by Iï¿½m Inkpressed. We can change color schemes, typestyles and designs to suit your needs. Just add your customization to the comments section when placing your order. Looking for a specific design? Just contact us and we will be happy to work with you to develop a design to fit your style.
